With over 13 years of graphic design experience, Bethany specializes in surface pattern design with a focus in hand block-printing. Partnering with a cooperative of artisan carvers and printers in Jaipur, India she has been developing her own line of hand block-printed soft goods, as well as hosting block-printing workshops. She believes there is something so magical about combining her love of graphic design and block printing. A graphic pattern can be so clean & perfect, but once the design is interpreted as a block print each mark is unique to the next, and the variation inherent in this process adds an undeniable charm.
