San Juan Sound is a certified non-profit movement founded by musician Matteo Burr, dedicated to providing access to music for Puerto Rico’s music programs & independent artists affected by the islands’ historical economic & natural disasters. In Sept 2021 we named a Puerto Rican Rum Inspired Double IPA after the movement.

After being open for 5 years, in July of 21 we unveiled some big changes and improvements to our bar, making it more spacious, improving the ordering system and re-doing + increasing the size of the restrooms. The work came out beautifully and we had to share some background story on the reno.

The first installment of House of Fermentology’s Complementary Dots was an American Wild Ale brewed in collaboration with Jim Williams of Backdoor Bread in Charlotte, VT. Read the story to learn more about this collab as well as the cheese produced in collaboration w Jasper Hill.
