The Annex is our production brewery located in the old Cheese Plant in Hinesburg, Vermont, only five minutes down the road from where Todd Haire, our brewmaster and co-founder has lived with his family for nearly 20 years. Here, we brew all of our beer for cans and keep a small portion of our barrel-aging beer.
