The Narcotix:

The Narcotix is an experimental rock band that defies conventional boundaries, blending genres and styles into a dynamic and eclectic sound. Founded by multi-instrumentalists Esther Quansah and Becky Foinchas, the band has evolved from its origins in the DIY scenes of Charlottesville and Richmond to become a staple of Brooklyn’s avant-garde music community. Their debut full-length album, *Dying*, marks a significant artistic evolution from their 2021 EP *Mommy Issues*, showcasing a mature and complex sonic identity. Influenced by their African heritage and a love for avant-pop, the band creates a unique auditory experience that is as much about exploration and spiritual introspection as it is about musicality. With a full ensemble now in place, including guitarist Adam Turay, bassist Jesse Heasly, and drummer Matt Bent, The Narcotix continues to push the envelope of what experimental rock can be, all while maintaining a deeply rooted connection to their cultural and musical origins.

ACQUA MOSSA:

Acqua Mossa is a trio born of deep rooted relationships and a hunger for the unconventional. The group’s influences are broad ranging; a quality felt in the spectrum of their emotional, synth heavy compositions, intimate and charged storytelling, and groove inspired underbelly. While much of their recent work has been centered around an upcoming debut album, their live shows are an engaging and genre-bending experience which often features sit-ins and guest appearances.

DJ V:

Vic started djing when a friend approached them in college saying it was something they NEEDED to do. Music has always been an important part of their life feeling as though life always could use a nice soundtrack. Dance music is Vic’s wheelhouse - you will often catch them spinning house, disco, techno, afrobeats or anything they can shake their ass too. Often playing music BY Black people FOR Black - people especially queer black people.
