A child of parents who lived through the counter culture revolution of the 60s, John Kitonis was brought up with those sounds in his ears. His earliest memories include road trips in various VW micro buses with the songs of the time coming through FM radio and 8-track. John is equally at home with the singer songwriter sounds that reflect the Laurel Canyon as he is with the harder edged rock and americana sounds that emerged elsewhere in the country.
