Harsh, formerly known as Harsh Armadillo, is a six-piece band from Portsmouth, New Hampshire, blending funk, soul, hip-hop, and jazz into a high-energy, genre-bending sound. Formed in 2013 by University of New Hampshire graduates, the band built a following through electrifying live shows and their debut album …Thayer It Is.
In 2023, they rebranded as Harsh, added vocalists Adrienne Mack-Davis and Sig Shalome, and introduced a more collaborative and refined sound. Their self-titled EP, released in 2024, marks a bold new chapter—fresh, soulful, and unmistakably Harsh.
