[The Wormdogs]
The Wormdogs are a five piece band from Burlington, VT. Conceived in 2017 out of a mutual respect, friendship, and love of one another's musicianship. An Americana/roots band at the core, their sound ranges from bluegrass rock n roll to country & freak folk. Their instrumentation consists of a fiddle, upright bass, two guitars, and drums. The band writes songs in a wholeheartedly collaborative effort, with each member trading off on vocal duties.
[Heavy Nettles]
Raised and joined in the Shires of Vermont, Heavy Nettles are a trio of true bards - individual masters of their own instruments, singers, songwriters, and collaborators for a lifetime. Described as “Black Hole Bluegrass”, and “Prarie Jazz”, their sound oscillates in and out of traditional Bluegrass sounds, traveling through jazz, hot jazz, celtic, jam grass, and so much more. Featuring Marc Edwards on Guitar, Mandolin Hank on Mandolin, and Mowgli Giannitti on Double Bass.
