Dinner and a Murder is a collaboration and celebration of the opportunities our surroundings have to offer through food, music and gallows humor.
Live dinner music will be provided by “Matt Hagen’s Classy Boss” quartet. An instrumental blend of music inspired by Bossa Nova, Spaghetti Westerns, Flamenco and Baroque-eraClassical. The set will provide a complementing audio aesthetic to the social, dining experience while integrating comfortable suspense and foreshadowing the feature presentation.
After a brief interlude, the main event of the evening will be a performance of “Matt Hagen’s Murder Ballads”. The 6-piece full band show will be an immersive listening exhibit of dark wit, sinister ballads, high class musicianship and storytelling.
The Murder consists of:
Matt Hagen
Bob Wagner
Johnnie Day Durand
Capt. Tony Naples
Mike Fried
