Chezidek is a Jamaican roots reggae singer celebrated for his conscious lyrics and classic one-drop sound. Emerging from the St. Ann’s Bay sound system scene, he gained recognition with his debut album Harvest Time (2002) and the hit single “Leave De Trees.” His 2007 track “Call Pon Dem” became a standout, featured on Grand Theft Auto IV. Over the years, Chezidek has performed at major Jamaican festivals like Rebel Salute and continues to spread messages of unity and social justice through his music.
Roots Alley Collective is a band of Caribbean musicians from Boston, MA, dedicated to providing an authentic live music experience, with influences from genres like Soca, Afrobeats, and Reggae. They perform at various venues and events, both locally and regionally, and aim to share their diverse cultural heritage through their music.
Prophecy (special guest)
Prophecy is a Jamaican roots reggae singer and songwriter, known for conscious lyrics and hits like “No Body Bags” and “Party in Session,” blending Rastafarian messages of unity and hope with classic reggae sounds.
MediSun is aGrammy-winning songwriter, singer, and producer known for his "healing sounds" reggae music. Raised in Boston and now based in Los Angeles, he fuses reggae with soul and hip-hop, a style he calls TropicSol. His work, which began under the name King Mas, is deeply personal, incorporating themes of spirituality and his own experience as an epilepsy survivor.
