This Pastry Style-India Pale Ale was brewed with coconut, Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Lime Zest and lactose. We brewed One Flew Over for the first time five years ago in celebration of our one year anniversary, and threw a big ol party at the brewery of the same name. Said party might have gotten a little crazier than expected… and we’ll never forget it! Good times. One Flew Over is a celebratory beer that drinks like a rich slice of coconut birthday cake baked by your favorite local bakery.
