Bizarre Celebrations: Cloud 9 is a 9.0% Double IPA brewed to mark our 9th Anniversary. A blend of wheat and oats in the mash creates a smooth, silky base with soft sweetness, while the yeast lends a delicate fruitiness. Phantasm powder on the hot side, along with a dry hop of Peacharine, Nectaron, and The Bruce, brings layers of peach, apricot, passionfruit, and citrus zest, finishing crisp and clean.
