Being intoxicated is never an excuse for inappropriate behavior. We are committed to providing a healthy and productive workplace for our team to grow and succeed where every employee is heard and valued. We prioritize investments in our employees, in their mental and physical health, and in their personal values and passions. We are committed to learning through ongoing training and conversation. We are committed to listening to how we can be better, where we may go wrong, and what we can do to be the best version of ourselves. In addition to our harassment and discrimination policy highlighted below, we acknowledge there are many interactions that may not always fall neatly under harassment or discrimination but can be perceived as biased, hateful, and or racist, and this form of behavior is also prohibited and should be reported We are committed to acting when a report is made internally or externally, or an inappropriate behavior is witnessed. We will investigate and take appropriate action up to and including termination and banning offenders from our brewery.
